These terms and conditions set out the rules for the use of the Human 1st website (hereinafter: the “Service”), available atwww.human1st.eu.
The owner and operator of the Website is DeMilla Elżbieta Martynowicz, based in Szczodrkowice 215, 32-043 Skala, NIP 6771059023, REGON 356329170 (hereinafter: “Operator”).
Each user using the Service accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not accept the Terms and Conditions, he/she should immediately stop using the Service.
- Definitions
User – an individual who uses the Website for personal or professional purposes, accepting the Terms and Conditions.
Services – all recruitment, consulting and other services offered by Human 1st through the Service.
Account – an individual account created by the User on the Website, enabling the use of certain functions and services of the Website.
Personal Data – any information about an identified or identifiable natural person, processed by the Operator in accordance with the Privacy Policy and data protection regulations.
- Setting up and using an account
In order to access the full functionality of the Website, you may be required to create an account and provide certain personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password and for all actions you take under your Account.
The Operator reserves the right to block or delete the User’s account in case of violation of the Regulations, providing false data or acting to the detriment of the Operator.
- Terms of use
The User undertakes to use the Website in a manner consistent with applicable law, the provisions of these Regulations and good morals.
It is prohibited for the User to provide content of an unlawful nature or violating the rights of third parties.
The User agrees not to engage in activities that could disrupt the operation of the Service, such as interference with source codes, unauthorized access attempts, distribution of malware, etc.
- Scope and conditions of service provision
Human1st offers recruitment and human resources consulting services, especially recruitment of foreign workers, consulting services and assistance in the labor legalization process.
The Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Regulations and in the agreements concluded with Users.
The Operator reserves the right to modify the scope of services and their terms and conditions, with due notice to Users.
- Data protection
Users’ personal data are processed by the Operator in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the RODO.
The Operator undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Users’ personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure or loss.
- Rights and obligations of the Operator
The Operator undertakes to ensure the operation of the Service and its availability, but does not guarantee that the Service will be free from technical errors and interruptions.
The Operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Website for maintenance work or updates.
The Operator is not responsible for the content published by the Users, nor for any damages resulting from the use of the Service by the Users in a manner contrary to the Regulations.
- Complaints
The User has the right to file a complaint in case of non-performance or improper performance of the Services by the Operator.

The Operator will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt and will inform the User of the outcome of the complaint.
- Copyright
All content and graphic elements made available on the Website, including logos, texts, photographs, are protected by copyright and belong to the Operator or have been published with the permission of the owners.
Copying, distribution or use in any way of the materials contained in the Service without the consent of the Operator is prohibited.
- Final provisions
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service. Users will be informed of any changes through announcements on the Website or by email to the address provided during Account registration.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the Operator’s headquarters, unless otherwise provided by law.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Law on Personal Data Protection shall apply.
